Hello
I'm Rahel Knight, an educator with over a decade of experience in the field of disability and inclusion. I am passionate about making sure every person has access to the support and resources they need to thrive. With my lived experience as a person with a disability, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I’m here to help families, individuals, and organizations be better and more inclusive by sharing my insights and knowledge on how to support individuals with disabilities to achieve their highest potential.
My Story
With a long line of educators in my family, I knew from an early age that I wanted to follow in their footsteps. After discovering my own neurodivergent identity, I found a passion for disability advocacy. Over the years, I have presented at various organizations across the Bay Area and served hundreds of students and families. My lived experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges that students with disabilities face and the importance of providing them with compassionate support.

and solution-focused consultation to improve capacity in accessibility, equity, and inclusion.
